Feminine leadership is not defined by gender, but by a set of values often marginalized in traditional leadership paradigms. These include qualities like compassion, vulnerability, deep listening, holistic thinking, and long-term vision.<\/p>\n

Therefore, reclaiming these stories and rewriting them with authenticity and nuance is essential to shaping a culture of equality. Indeed, changing the narrative changes what becomes possible.<\/p>\n
