C<\/span>hange is inescapable, but yet we fight it. Change is going to happen, in fact, it happens every day.<\/p>\n

Life gave some sour grapes, bitter and hard to swallow. So life gave some lemons for a few days, so just make lemonade. Change comes in a variety of sizes, shapes and flavors.<\/p>\n

We fight change, because we fight the unknown, we fight the unknown, because we are scared, haunted with fear \u2026. for the unknown.<\/p>\n

Change is good because you have the opportunity to embrace new experiences. When you look back on your life, all of the really amazing things are because of a new experience you had. There is nothing worse than always to be thinking what if.. what if. Instead of asking yourself what if.. just do it, if the outcome is not as expected, at least you will have to learn from it.<\/p>\n

If we think about it, perfection is saddening. When the leaves hear the wind’s loud call, they come down fluttering one by one. Every season is a moment of beauty and so much change. Leaves go away dancing and they were content.<\/p>\n

Whenever life throws you a curve ball things tend to be rocked. The strength to pick up the pieces, to move forward, and to keep our head high, is what will make a difference. Without change there is no adventure in life. It takes much more energy and effort to resist change than it does to accept it and it\u2019s much easier to embrace change than to fight it.<\/p>\n

Some face trying times heavy hearts and pain. Many hopes and dreams are shattered, it seems to be in vain.<\/p>\n

So, the past is not a melancholic reminder but more of a golden guideline. A reminder to live the present, it is a cherished gift. It\u2019s okay to change your feelings and ideas, after all that is how we evolve. People resist change because it brings feelings of fear of the unknown and the unknown will be uncomfortable unless there are changes.<\/p>\n

People grow and learn new things every time something changes. Discovering new insights about different aspects of your life. Also, changes make you adapt to new situations, new environments, and new people. You find out about what you can handle and what you can’t. You learn about your limitations. You figure out what you are really made of.<\/p>\n

Sometimes it’s time for a change of scenery. And slow, slow as the winter snow the tears will drift into your eyes. Life happens, and change is always present, every single second of it. Some changes are the result of biology and the passage of time, within the natural cycle or order of things. Others are self-generated.<\/p>\n

The truth is that, just as any other animal must adapt and evolve to survive in the wild, people must develop in order to survive. Love is not quite the same, although each heart has created new ties.<\/p>\n

Every living thing experiences creation, growth, maturity, and decline. How long that journey is depends on your ability to survive and thrive at each stage. Longevity experts are predicting that in 10 years, we will add an extra year of life expectancy every year.<\/p>\n

From time to time changes make you re-evaluate your life and look at certain things from a different perspective. Depending on what the change is, it may also reinforce your life values. Often we give up because we cannot accomplish the difficult task of making a huge and immediate change. That is when small changes become extremely valuable. One shift at a time, small changes will eventually lead you to the desired big one.<\/p>\n

A<\/span>s a matter of fact, life in the comfort zone is easy. Following a routine, the result is always the same. So, if you are outside of your comfort zone you are immediately challenged.\u00a0Change is the moving of the hourglass sands, It’s the sun going down with fiery shades. Change is the light at the end of the tunnel. Change in the end, will not change at all it is the one constant thing. Not quite the same after all the change. My inner being knows that all is for the best but there are some vague regrets.
